The Brother XL2600i is a 25 stitch free arm sewing machine with multiple stitch functions. Easy to use, the XL2600i features an automatic needle threader, a built-in thread cutter and drop-in bobbin system. This sewing machine also has a built in one-step automatic buttonholer with a stitch balance control for perfect buttonholes every time.

The 110-volt sewing machine plugs into grounded outlets with a provided power cord and employs a foot pedal to control operation and stitching speed. To adjust thread tension, the machine offers a tension control dial. Stitches are illustrated on the side of the machine for quick identification, and stitch length, stitch width, presser foot pressure, and presser foot height are preset so the user can start sewing faster. Equipped with five accessory presser feet, the machine’s presser feet snap on for speedy replacement.

The only major limitation of this machine is that it can’t really handle heavy weight fabrics or multiple layers very well.
